Planning for your lifestyle in retirement is just as important as planning for your finances.
We’ve seen too many retirees smartly save for decades, but pay little attention to how they’ll spend their retirement time. When people approach retirement this way, it can feel overwhelming, and even contribute to negative physical and mental well-being outcomes like anxiety, and depression.
Everyone deserves a smooth transition into retirement.
Retiring stirs up a lot of emotions. Figuring out what happens after you stop working can feel distressing and uncomfortable. Plus, the lifestyle shift from a decades-long routine and career to a completely open schedule can alter your self-worth, purpose, and sense of accomplishment.
